A Little Bit About Pricing

We understand that budgeting is important, so we offer three clear pricing levels – Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These are based on the different qualities of paint we use, giving you options to suit your budget and preference.

To give you a rough idea: a detached house of average size, would typically cost around £1,800. We will provide a detailed, personalized quote after we chat and see your property.

Soon after we receive your contact information, we'll give you a friendly call to arrange a good time to visit your property. This is where we'll get a real feel for your project, discuss your ideas, and provide you with a detailed on-site quotation.

You're welcome to decide on the spot, or if you prefer, take up to three weeks to think it over. With no pressure from us!

If you accept, fantastic! We will get you booked in at a time that works for you.

Once you're booked in, we'll stay in touch via email, keeping you updated and ready for the exciting day we start transforming your property!

Understanding the Payment Process

We like to keep the payment process straightforward, typically in two or three stages. For smaller projects, we ask for a partial payment of the quote amount to secure your date, the final payment will be paid upon completion. For larger jobs, we ask for a partial payment of the quote amount to secure your date, a payment midway through the work, and the final payment upon completion.

We will send you invoices for each payment required, and kindly ask for payment within three days of the invoice date.

Should you need to cancel, we offer a full refund up to two months before the work is due to start. This is because we often order materials in advance to keep everything running smoothly.

If your project requires external help e.g. scaffolding, we have trusted partners we work alongside. You're also welcome to arrange your own. Either way, you'll pay these external providers directly – we don't add any markups.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT and other costs, so there are no hidden surprises.

Our Commitment to Aftercare

Your peace of mind is important to us, even after the work is done. That's why we provide a one-year painter's guarantee covering any issues you might have with our workmanship.

We also use reputable paint brands that come with their own product guarantees, often ranging from 7 to 20 years. We'll happily help you navigate these if needed.

Your deposit is held securely in a separate account until about two months before the project, when we start organizing materials. Before this point, you can receive a refund within seven days if you change your mind.

And remember, we're always here to answer any questions you may have, whether it's before, during, or after your project is completed.
